The Restaurant
The cosmopolitan ambience enriched with touch of design interprets in the better way the Chic & Cool essence of Milan: a spacious and wide room with a modern design which, as in the most trendy European and worldwide restaurants, has a special window on the cuisine. The style of furniture is minimalist with tables in wengé wood, the chairs are in brown and cream shades and the runners on the tables are in ecru colour.
The metropolitan and innovative style is translated into a kitchen where one can see the delights and pleasures of fine cuisine being prepared thanks to the open plan kitchen. For a quick and tasty lunch break, the Chef proposes The Hub Today, every day a different and delicious all-in-one course; for an appetizing dinner, a wide selection of starters, first and main courses, cheeses, desserts is available through à la carte menu.
